I hope this is the right forum but I really need advice folks, so here goes. I am the only bidder on 10 acres, with road frontage for 2 sites of agricultural land (Galway County) joining my brothers farm. I want to get planning permission on the sites (To build and Rent) and gift him the remainder of the agricultural land joining him. I already have got a site from him in another area of the farm a few miles away, so I dont think I will get planning. I have 2 other siblings who I could use to get planning for but would be reluctant to do this (They are living away from home) Has anyone any suggestion on the best way to try get Planning permission otherwise this will be very expensive agricultural land.
