Looking for information about particular website

I am looking to get a few boxsets for xmas but the prices seem to be too good to be true.

Can't seem to find any ratings about them on the net

I think it's an American site. Do you have a region-free DVD player that could play them, assuming they are legit?

They seem to be based in China

This would raise questions for me about possible copies & buyer protection (check the payment methods).
Not sure if customs look out for this kind of stuff in the post.
