Looking for Engineer or Surveyor with renovating derelict property in Limerick

Hi.
I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a surveyor or building engineer who could evaluate and advise on the rebuilding of a derelict building which I own.
The building is in poor state but planning has expired and currently getting the wheels in motion to look at the design before I reapply as previous planning has expired. What I want is someone to document / assess and oversee the project.

Any recommendations welcome.
