Looking for clean B+B IN Sandycove in Dublin S

Hello i am trying to find reasonable acc B+B in sandycove for work purposes.I wiil be staying for 10 nights, sourced some hotels in dun laoghaire none of them willing to do better than 95 euro B+B per night ex evening meals is this normal in these areas.Kind rgds painter man.
