Looking for an RIAI Certified Architect for Small House Extension

Hi All,

I'm struggling to find an RIAI certified Architect to design a house extension for my parents home.
The works would be carried out through the Housing Adaptation Grant scheme and it is a requirement of the Council that the plans are produced by a certified Architect who will also sign off on the build at the end of the project. The build will be approx 25m2, below the Planning permission threshold however in order to qualify through the grant scheme an Architects must be involved.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction please?
