We were approved for 95% of 245k about two months ago anyway to make a long story short the sale fell through and now we are looking at another property but it is 260k we have 11k of our own money but will need the rest from the bank. The only change in our situation is that my gf is about to finish 4 years of college in 2 weeks and will be working from then on we will need 249k what are our chances and what is the best way to go about trying to get the extra loan.
