Looking for advice on the best buy to let mortgage, period 10-20 years with a LTV ratio af between 40-70%, certainly below 75%.

Any help or comments appreciated,

Depends on how high it is, really, doesn't it ? Oh, and construction methods. Leaning Tower of Pisa - now that's likely to fall all the way, but most other property should be sound.

Just realised there was a golden rule!

Actually the question was more to do with where the best buy to let mortgage was available, the old cat bouncing was just a context.

I will re-edit it so as not to offend mods, cats or members

Ulster Bank have a tracker variable rate of ECB + 0.75% for buy-to-lets up to 50% LTV. Above 50% LTV it's ECB + 0.85%. Unless the loan is >€500,000 in which case it's ECB + 0.75% all the way up to 80%.
