Looking for advice on selling door-to-door?

hey all,
Can somebody please help or point me in the right direction? i want to start a company selling door to door but can not find much info on the laws regarding selling door to door.........

i know that a trading licence is exempt from door to door but does that mean you do not need one atall??????
