I'm a small convenience store retailer and am putting the business on the line with a final throw of the dice. I received planning permission for a full off licence today and am trying to source one. I cannot avail of the companies offering this service as they charge exhorbitant fees to source the licence - to say my budget is tight is an understatement.
Appreciate any help as to how/where to locate a licence.
