Looking at buying in Kimmage.

Hi. I'm looking at buying a house in Kimmage. I'm trying to get a feel for the area. I've driven around it a bit during the day time and all seems well.

The specific houses I'm looking it are near the corner of Poddle Park Road and Clonard Road. Does anyone know if this is a quite enough area? Surrounding houses look nice and well kept. Any problems that people may be aware of, local kids hanging around, noise, dodgy neighbours etc...?

You could have a look on www.boards.ie or www.neighbours.ie too. Just saw this on Boards.

I do but would imagine you are talking about a lot further down the road. This also came to mind. Hope I haven't put you off as some of these incidents are very rare.
