Long Term Regular savings account

Hi all,

Having recently had our first child, my wife and I wish to set up a college fund for him which will initially have €2000 or so, with 50-100 being added monthly by direct debit.

Initially I thought I would like it to be in a Trust Fund type of account that cannot be touched until he reaches the appropriate age.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
