Hi , iv a two bed apartment in kildare available for rent immediately . I'm very interested in doing a long term lease for 15/20 years . Iv enquired with the council however they do not take on apartments on long term lease (they are the only council in ireland that do not take on apartments as far as I see).
Does anyone know of any housing association that takes on this type of property on a long term lease ? Iv Tried a few however most only take multiple properties from the one landlord on long term lease .
