lone parents saying i am earming 352 a week

Hi need some info.. i work 3 mornings a week earn 117 a week i some times do a extra day so i am still under 146.50..got letter 2day saying i am earning on arerage 352.25 weekly(i wish)so as from 7.7.10 my payment cut to 128.18. they wrote to me a couple weeks ago sent all the info they asked letter from employer and wage slips and all..Where are they coming up with this fig.Come thr now i am down 100 and i badly need it to pay my bills,on my own paying my own rent(no rent allowance) and yet they cut me by 100 a week..what should i do does anyone know..wat a night mare a 100 euro is so much to me as it is like.

Go and speak to your local Community Welfare Officer and he will advise you. Show him the letter and your pay sips etc.

The letter from Sw would have given you a breakdown of the calcualtion to arrive at that figure. Have your hours/ earnings dropped in past 6 months?
