London Hotel in February 2010 - Recommendations

Hi,

Looking for a base for shopping/sightseeing in London in Feb. So many hotels its hard to decide. A recommendation would be great if anyone has some personal experience. Requirements are - relatively central/SW London i.e. Earls Court, Kenisgton, Fulham and around <100 euro per night (maybe cutting it tight?). Something different to the big chain hotels would be nice but probably not an option on the budget.

I would recommend the Park Plaza County Hall London. I stayed there myself recently and it is very central and for a 4* has very reasonable prices.
