My friend's locked locker was broken into at a Leisure Centre and her bag was stolen. Her mobile phone, her wallet and the keys to her car were in the bag - so her car was stolen from the car park of the Leisure Centre. I know she will have to claim off her car insurance for the loss of her car but does she have any right to claim from the Leisure Centre for lack of security at the centre. Since this happened the centre has changed the entrance - they have put in a barrier system so that you cannot walk through to the changing rooms unless you have checked in at reception.
