Location between Cavan and Dublin

Hi

I work in Cavan Hospital whereas my bf has to commute to Blackrck-Dublin everyday. Which location would you guys recommend? Kells/Navan/Virginia? I am not very good driver hence will be taking bus to cavan everyday. Problem is that there is nothing except taxi from Cavan Bus station to the hospital and its uphill walk from bus station to th hospital.

Maybe get a bike- Cavan is relatively friendly town and someone in hospital may know someone in vicinity of bus station where you could leave bike safely etc. Try the Bridge Restaurant or Bus Station Office for suggestions

Generally not buses in country towns. Taxis would operate
