local charges and rates in portalington

I was wondering if anybody knew anything about what the local rates/charges such as refuse charges or water charges or any other charges that must be paid in portalington.
We bought a three bed semi and will be moving to portalington in a few months and would like a heads-up on what we are going to have to pay so we can budget accordingly.
Any help would be appreciated.

No the laois county council site doesnt give any info on water charges if any and all it says about refuse is that there is a 11 private contractors in charge of waste management in the area but it doesnt give any prices.
I was wondering if there was anybody living locally in portarlington that might be aware of the charge/charges that occur from the services.
