Local authority property price register

Hi all,

Do local authority and housing agency purchases show up on the property Price Register? I've noticed one or two houses where they were purchased by the local authorities but don't show on the Register.

They should, yes.

Someone said they don't as the info is linked to stamp duty returns and they are exempt?
