Local agents in Prague and Bratislava

Hi,

I'm off to Prague and Bratislava and wanted to know if anyone has experience with good local agents there that I can meet. I want to meet local Czeck and Slovakian estate agents and letting agents. Any help much appreciated.

That's helpful thanks, but in the spirit of this forum i.e. sharing information and experiences between the members, could you please post details of estate agents and letting agents that you could recommend because if I email you then the next time someone does a search on the forum on these areas they won't be able to find the information because we would have exchanged it privately. I hope you see where I'm coming from. I shouldn't think your contacts would mind because it could boost their business.

We are buying differently to most others as we are buying to build. We are currently waiting on final planning for our first project but love the city and are negotiating onother projects at the moment.
We are planning to buy some more.
 
Hello Woods- How are your investments going in Slovakia?

Im buying a coupe of new build apartments in Ruzinov in Bratislava in the Jege Alley development.

Could you recommend a reasonable priced lawyer over there to look at the contracts?

Any other tips you would give to an investor new to the slovak market?
