lob sided sockets on snag lists

in anyone's experience is it acceptable to include lob sided sockets on a snag list? is this considered unreasonably fussy? any advice much appreciated!

I'd say yes - absolutely and I'm not even that fussy - that would drive me insane, its completely cackhanded, its bad workmanship and if builder does not do it, you either have to live with it or pay someone else to fix it.

Don't accept any shoddy workmanship - I understand that builders have a contingency for repairs/replacements etc. on snag lists.

A lot of our windows were scratched in the cleaning process prior to us moving into our new home. I thought 'well, it's just a few scratches, so it doesn't really matter', but now, a few years down the line, it bugs the hell out of me every time I clean them!

My neighbour knew the system better than me and got any scratched windows, doors etc. replaced by the builder!
