Loan cheque

Hi

When is a loan cheque issused, all our details were finalised on friday and out solictor advised us she would now be closing the sale. Any idea as to how long it takes to issue the cheque and as to when we may get the keys?

That depends on the lending institution..but allow 2-3 days for them to issue..which in turn needs to be sent to vendors solicitor....I think only once in receipt can the solicitor change title deeds etc
