Lo-Call Numbers are now the same cost as geographic land lines

In another thread, a poster said that he didn't want to get ripped off ringing 1890 type numbers.

Presumably, these numbers were introduced once upon a time as a benefit to "customers" but the situation has been muddied by the widespread use of mobiles versus landlines, etc.?

Was there not some change in this regard recently?
If not, what should happen?
If you went for the GoMo contract, are these the type of numbers that one can get mushed on?

No.
The costs change is already in place since December.
The point about 2022 is that the NGN prefixes will start being phased out completely. So we'll get to a point (eventually) where 1890 numbers no longer exist.
