I bought a Living Social voucher--10euro for twenty to spend in a well known large department store. I went to spend it over two weeks ago only to be told by the assistant in the store that the voucher number was not accepted as it wouldnt go through. She said many had been in with this particular voucher and that it wasn't a problem in the shop and to get on to them-Living Social.
Well here lies the problem, I've sent loads of e-mails and tried to phone only to be left hanging on an answering machine for ages & no eventual answer. I'm just wondering if anyone had the same experience and how or if LS remedied the problem. The voucher will expire in a week and I'm looking for advice as to what to do???
