Yes - a splitter with an ADSL socket and a filtered phone socket. There are also standalone connectors with just a filtered phone socket for where you don't need to split. If you have multiple phone connectors around the house are you sure that all are filtered? If you can definitely link the connection problems with the phone usage (always or just sometimes?) then it sounds like a filtering problem.
