live / delayed feeds

Does anyone know if it is possible to get live or delayed feeds from stock markets without paying the relevant license fee to the particular stock exchange?

I have a feed from Updata and I do not pay any licence fee.
 
thanks mercman. do you use it for private use or business?
 
Just my own personal business -- if you understand that. I am not involved in the Public arena regarding investments.
 
ah grand. had a look at updata - very handy - thanks for the tip.
