Listening to FM radio through wireless headphones

Is there a way of listening to FM radio through wireless headphones? I tried without success using this FM radio https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B06XGWX43V/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

with this bluetooth transmitter https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00T7N2D88/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It didn't seem to work as the bluetooth transmitter does not act as an aerial so no reception.

Data coverage is patchy so internet radio isn't an option

Can anyone suggest an alternative set-up?

I don't think there's anything special about the wire connecting your FM radio to its earbuds. Pretty much any old wire will function as an FM aerial. So just plug your bluetooth transmitter into the radio via a one metre 3.5mm jack to socket extension:
