List of funds that invest in Ireland property

Have recently got out of the physical bricks and mortar landlord game, but would like to investigate investing in funds that invest in the Irish (and abroad) property market. Does anyone know the names or can provide links to funds that do this and are available to Irish investors, I'd like to do some further research on them.
