hi, where can i find a list of current mortgage rates? there has to be a site providing this information...

i was looking here, [broken link removed], and their rates are over a year old.

also, i'm looking on boi's site at their rates.. and they're completely different to the rates i got when i rang them yesterday... why is this?

what i got quoted is in red

2 Year Fixed rolling to Variable VRP15 all LTVs3.3% 3.50%
3 Year Fixed rolling to Variable VRP15 all LTVs3.5% 3.95%
5 Year Fixed rolling to Variable VRP15 all LTVs4.0% 4.75%
Variable VRP15 all loan amounts and LTVs3.2% same

Hi Paperclip

We have tried in the past to provide them, but it's very difficult to keep them updated.

If you compile the information and want to publish it and keep it updated, that would be great.

Your best bet is look at each mortgage providers website. They should have upto date rates.

i'm not sure i trust them... the rates i got over the phone were different to the rates on boi's site... the rates quoted on the phone were higher... i've emailed them for an explanation...

their info could be out of date... the copyright on the bottom of their site does say 2009...

That's true. The EBS are giving out different rates to everyone from what I hear. My rate is fixed till January with them. I dread to think what they will offer me.

Apologies for that, our website is getting an overhaul at the moment so for now it is in limbo and we cannot update it, the date showing July 09 is the date of the last major update.
The rates are now out of date but not over a year!

As for BOI, they changed their rates yesterday and they must not have updated their website as yet.

If you are making a decision at the moment based on current published rates, I would hold off as AIB will more than likely follow the rest of the banks and raise their rates soon (especially after this morning's results)

i'm stuck with boi i'm afraid... neg equity.

@corklad... the 3 year fixed for boi is what i was quoted, 3.95... but the 5 year is lower than what i was quoted on the phone....

decided to fix for 3 years anyway...

cheers lads

Would I be right in saying that Ulster Bank are likely to follow suit as well and raise their rates ?
Surprised they haven't already.
