limited money-disabled sisters need housing

we are disabled, wish to live near each other in bungalows, we are presently residing in south county dublin
money is very very limited and wonder if anyone knows of options, best location not too far from bray, either north or south of it, but not bray itself.
grants etc for disabled persons or first time buyers.
we are a bit desperate at this point and worry for our future.
care teams etc would have to be a factor in location.
tall order to answer this but posting to see if anyone can advise.

Whats the current set up, are you renting, seperately or together, do you work etc...
How you asked public health nurse, care teams, etc for their input on whats available?

A bit more info would be helpful.
