hello People!, im via my solictor suing a limited company, tis 20k, my solicitor has the case over a year now, and the directors of the limited company seemed to have sold it to non nationals, (seen change of ownership on checkit.ie), anyways, it all goes on and im still waiting for my 20k, am i wasting my time on this?.....on a website it shows the company still has assets ....but will they hide these?....or is it just my solicitor isn't hungry enough to chase this?, could i write to the directors and suggest to them that i report them to Director of corporate enforcement?
