Limited Company Returns

Hi,

I recently set up a limited company and have been trying to figure out all the returns I need to make. I'm registered for VAT and PRSI. These are all the returns that I think need to be made.

P30 - at each month
Vat 3 - at each two month period
p35 - at year end
CT1 - at year end
B1 for CRO - at year end (requires audited accounts from second return)
Form 11 for each director - at year end

Have I covered everything or is there something I'm missing? Its not very easy to find this info in one place!!!

I recently started Ltd company and I am worried about missing the returns too, despite I was told that the next report should be given in 6 months

audited accounts only relevant if you do not qualify for audit exemption.
