Lime Plasterers

I am renovating an old farmhouse and adding on a new extension in the carlow\kilkenny area. I want to keep the old farmhouse look and feel throughout the house. I visited a renovated farmhouse last month that had the walls Lime plastered. Which looked really good!!!

Has anybody came across this method? if so do you have any contacts that i could call or any information to look out for?

There's a company in Carlow called the Traditional Lime Company who specilaise in this old technology. It's a fantastic product and specially suited to old buildings on account of its breathability.
