Life, Mortgage Protection, House - Quick Q

Hey guys,

I have a quick question,

Am I write in saying that I have the right to take out Life, Mortgage Protection and House on my own, i.e. I can shop around on the web and get the cover myself???

I was being quoted my the bank 68 (basic) 102 (middle plan) for Life combined and Mortgage protection. I reckon I could half that if I shop around.

I know I have to take Mortgage repayment from the bank but not the other 3 right?

Yes. You are right-but do you really need mortgage protection (a form of life cover) and separate life cover? Lenders only require one or the other.

NO! Who told you that you have to have mortgage repayment insurance and that you have to take it from the bank?
