Hi,
I've lost the license certificate for my car. Does anybody know if I can order a new one from somewhere ??

Yep.

Fill out a RF134 form, get it stamped by a Garda and post it to your local Motor Tax Office.

I work in the commerical testing trade and this is a common problem - loosing your VLC! Apply to your local motor tax section and they will organise a replacement for you which will then come from Shannon and this takes approx 2-3 weeks.
