Liable for cost of flower bulbs bought online?

Hello. I was interested in buying flower bulbs from a company in Holland in Feb.and had to registera name to access their prices. I did not finalise my order(€320) as they wanted €120 delivery. No money exchanged. Now I got an e mail from the courier co. saying goods due to arrive from Holland. I don't want (or pay for ) these items now.A PDF of the list of bulbs came with the e mail in Feb and it says confirmation of sale. I had not noticed this at the time.Am I liable for the cost of goods?I feel I'm not making sense !Thanks Flowergirl1
