Liability for slip or fall?

Would I be liable If a burglar slips on a flat roof which I have painted with Anti Burglar paint?

think it is paint that never dries and it very sticky and slippery. I guess put up a warning sign?
 
That is a fantastic idea. Never heard of it before now. Definitly gona look into that!
 
Said paint also permanently marks clothes. Not such a good luck on the average shell suit. Miaowww!!!!

Three young gentlemen were observed trying to vault onto our neighbour's wall. This would give assess to our garage roof, a portion off which is flat.
The garage is on a main road.

Anyone ever come across a liability concerning the use of this paint? Is it worth asking the Insurance broker?

Is the burglar liable for ruining the finish on the paint by putting hand and food prints in it?
