Lexilip or Bray?

I'm looking for a 3 bed semi D family house. The bugdet is within 300k. Both lexilip and Bray have some 2nd hand house within the bugdet range.

I have a 2 years old girl and want to find a place good for kid in terms of social envirionment. It is said the south of Boghall road in Bray is a little bith rough. Any body has any idea about lexilip? Is it better than Bray?

Why have you picked Leixlip and Bray. There is nothing in common. If someone said, Leixlip or Lucan, I could see what they are trying to compare against, but I cannot see any similarities between Leixlip and Bray. Where do you work, where does your family live, how long is your commute.
