Health Insurance Level Health claims nightmare.

I have used their claims portal over the last few days and it's virtually impossible to claim and very slow to update.It looks like the technology they use is outdated.
Anyone else having the same problems.

Hi Clonback,

Because they are still so new to the market there are not many reviews on them at the moment. Had a quick look over on www.boards.ie too and can't see anything there either.

When you say its virtually impossible to claim what exactly do you mean?

There are a no. of stages in submitting a claim and it takes c.10 minutes moving from one to another and then it freezes indefinitely.

I have made a number of claims since early january, no problems at all. usually paid quickly.

Level health have confirmed to me that their software is not up to speed and are having specialists trying to rectify same.I received numerous responses and it seems they also have staffing issues .

First time submitting a claim on my Level Health Plan C policy. Multiple times over the weekend I tried to submit claim via my iPhone but at the final stage of submission an error message would pop up saying "Alert: Selected file path is missing". Submitted via desktop/laptop and was instantly accepted and approved! Hope this helps when/if others are having trouble submitting claims to Level Health on their mobile devices.
