Letting Agents in Limerick City

I'm leaving the country for a year or two and need to let my 3 bed house in Castletroy in Limerick. I have no family in Limerick so need to get a letting agent to look after the property. Can anyone recommend one?
 
Hello,

if it was me I would go to a local credible estate agent or advertise locally but would not necessarily accept rent allowance tenants. Online agencies appear not really credible and I am not sure if you would want your house to be damaged or so. Student season starts soon as well, so there may be demand in Castletroy. Carefull vetting of prospective tenants pays out in the long term.

Try John Leddin in O'Mahony Auctioneers at the Kilmurry roundabout, there local and I have both car and house insurance with them, they are good to deal with for insurance.
