Hi All - quick Q……I’ve had a letter of offer issued to my solistor after a painful due diligence process with AIB….the usual stuff but slightly complicated by some complexity on my side……I’ve secured the property and expectation is drawdown in a few weeks hopefully……so just wondering do AIB do another round of financial statements, payslip collection etc etc to capture the time between issue of letter of offer and date of drawdown? Thanks

No, they don't. We have just been through the process with AIB. FYI there are significant delays with funds being issued due to staffing issues.

Thanks for this good to know.......everywhere you turn in the process there seems to backlogs......valuations etc.

How long was the delay on the drawdown side of things?
