Lennonstown or Glenwood, Dundalk

I'm looking for a 3 bedroom house in Dundalk in an estate (with no anti-social behaviour problems) where my 8 year old son would have other boys around that age for playing with. At the moment I'm considering Lennonstown and Glenwood. Which of these estates would be better with a kid of that age? Or are there other estates in the town that would be better than these?

Hi there, Lennonstown manor very popular with families...Glenwood is half families and half rented to students...I was at many a party there in my college days so I would steer clear at end of college time!!

But they are both grand area's no anti-social probelms in either.

Glenwood is a nice estate, but it is close to the DKIT , and would have a lot of students renting in it.

Lennonstown is a relatively new development and would have alot of young families in it.

neither would have any anti-social problems.
