A Question: Person employed by a multinational in a shell company (only worked for multinational, used to avoid pension, other perks accrued by MN employees).

He was employed by shell company for 2 years, then signed contract for Multinational (no need for notice, as nothing changed (apart from pension, perks etc ...) and has worked under contract for last 12 years.

The question is: Is he entitled to 12 years (MN Contract) or 14 years (+shell ) redundancy.

Service for other companies within a group would normally be counted towards service reckoning for redundancy purposes, yes.
