Lelandi trees dying

I have about 6 Green Lelandi at the back of my garden. However there is one that has turned yellow and now is turning brown and dying. They are about 25ft tall and because if my back boundary cutting them down really is not an option. Is there anything I can give to it ( chemical/feed ) to see if it can be saved

judging by the popular consensus on Leylandii, you should rejoice !

No idea about saving it, but cutting it down can be done. It's done progressively, top 10ft first, then next 10ft etc...
