Does anyone know where I can go for information regarding the legalities surrounding club draws (GAA) not specifically a weekly lotto but an annual fundraising draw.
If someone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.
Sorry, maybe I should be more specific although the details I have are sketchy at best. Are there specific people who should be in attendance to pull tickets from the drum? e.g. a peace commissioner, member of the gardai etc?
