I am gonna ask a solicitor anyways but thought i might post here.
If i am set up as a sole trader for a boxing gym AND i am set up as a Ltd company to run boxing promotions ONLY...
If a lad fights on a show and gets injuries ( lets hope it never happened but i know promoters that it has happened to )... is he/she able to come after my sole trader company which is just tha actual training of my own boxers... nothing as far as I am concerned to me running a show...
