I had a judgment of 101,000 EURO made against me in the High Court 2022 plus costs in favour of Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank.
There has been no judgement mortgage registered against my family home.
I assume Bank of Ireland is waiting for the property to be sold or me to pass away to recover the 102,000 Euro judgement.
My question is, as i was never told, how do i find out how much the legal fees are that will be to be added to the judgement and deducted from any sale or transfer?
