Hi everybody,
don't know if I'm in the right forum as I'm new here.
Anyway, I'll throw it out there:
I'm an Architect, originally from Germany and for a while now looking into
bringing Group Building Projects into the Irish market.
Building as a group became more and more popular in Germany (and other parts of Europe) quite a while ago. Particularly after the big developers had pulled out of the market. (see where I'm heading?...)
It has several advantages. From financial to social and even opens up new possibilities for home buyers/builders.
One of the next steps to progress this concept here in Ireland, is to have a look at the legal side of things.
So to the ones who are in the legal profession and would be interested in a new concept for the Irish building industry, I'd be very happy, if you get in contact with me.
I have a short section about Group Projects on my homepage (www.mattbraundesign.com). But if someone is interested I have a lot more detail and probably can answer most of your questions.
Would be nice to get some feedback here, or if I'm in the wrong place,please point me in the right direction.
