Leaving VHI to join Vivas

My VHI is currently costing almost €110 per month for myself and my husband (First Plan plus), I can get what seems to be a similar plan, Level 2, with Vivas for €92 per month and so I'm thinking of changing - its not a huge saving but Vivas also have a lower level plan, Level 1 (doesn't cover private hospitals) but otherwise seems ok & its just €65 per month. Does anyone have experience of Vivas with regard to claims, customer service etc and would you recommend it?
 
Thanks for that - I'll check out the HIA publications and surveys before making a final decision - there don't seem to be any terribly negative opinions/experiences of Vivas so hopefully we'll move there & save a little money!
