My family circumstances dictate that my family must live in another part of the country and I must work in different part.
I may be able to take one or two years leave of absence from my employer. My question is can I take that leave of absence from my employer but then get another full time job with another employer that is nearer my family within the state of Ireland? I know people who have done this but gone to different countries. I have asked my union representative at work but he was not able to give me a clear answer.
