Leasehold agreement of many years

Hi,

We recently bought a property under leasehold agreement. It's an apartment.

I understand it means the land is not ours but the property is. Now I'm wondering if there might be any right of cancellation in the future by the lender? Any extra service charges in the future? Or anything else I should be aware of.

Thanks

You're over- thinking this.

You have a valid title- it can't be altered.

"any right of cancellation in the future by the lender? "
No.

"Any extra service charges in the future? "

Nothing to do with the title you have. Any increases will be by the Management Company- across the board.

"Or anything else I should be aware of. "

The world is full of things to be aware of.

Talk to your solicitor if you have concerns about your title.
